About

We are a student chapter dedicated to students who are studying  geology at both undergraduate and post graduate level. Our aim is to bridge the gap between industry and students, along with connecting students from the University of the Western Cape, the University of Cape Town and Stellenbosch University within the wider Western Cape region.

We are endorsed by the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and the Society for Geology Applied to mineral deposits (SGA), both of which are internationally recognized organizations.
